For the past 25 years, Tony has specialised in water conservation, where he has been instrumental in the design, implementation, and leadership of some of the nation’s most impactful residential and non-residential water efficiency programs.

With a strong foundation in mechanical trades and formal qualifications in water and wastewater treatment, Tony combines technical expertise with strategic insight. His work has contributed significantly to advancing sustainable water practices, particularly in urban environments.

He has also developed deep expertise in landscape and irrigation water use, as well as rainwater harvesting systems—knowledge gained through hands-on program development and delivery.
