The Smart Drop Certified Excellence Awards recognise outstanding water-efficient products and services that demonstrate innovation, strong design, market appeal and positive environmental outcomes.
Entries are open to current Smart Drop Certified licensees across two categories:
Residential
Commercial

Winners will be announced at Smart Water Connect on 13 October 2026 at UTS Sydney.
Please note: to be eligible, products and services must hold current Smart Drop Certified certification in Australia.
What you need to submit
To nominate your product or service, complete the form below and upload:
A covering letter explaining why your product or service should receive the award
A recent case study demonstrating its performance, water-saving benefits and impact
Any additional supporting evidence, images, data or testimonials
Judging criteria
Entries will be assessed against:
Innovation
How the product or service provides a new or distinctive approach to water efficiency.
Design
How easy it is to use, install and integrate, as well as its overall functionality and design.
Marketability
Its affordability, availability, packaging, target market and overall consumer or industry appeal.
Sustainability
Its broader environmental impact, including materials, manufacturing, product lifespan, carbon footprint and end-of-life considerations.

Winners announced: 13 October 2026 at Smart Water Connect
