Origin No Dig

Origin No Dig® is a trenchless internal pipe repair technology that seals water leaks without the need for excavation and without requiring precise leak location. The primary purpose of the service is to repair leaks on water pipes. The product is injected into a pressurised water pipe by trained Mechanical Field Service Technicians using specialist engineering equipment.

The Origin No Dig® solution, made up of calcium carbonate particles suspended in a gellant, travels along the pipe, naturally finds the leak and seals the leak internally. Upon reaching the leak, calcium carbonate particles become entrained in the leak path, under high flow forces these particles wedge and compact forming a repair for the leak. Once the seal is established, the remaining solution is flushed from the pipe, leaving only the calcium carbonate particles.
