Adam's 20+ year engineering career has been almost entirely dedicated to consulting on non-residential water efficiency. His expertise is grounded in a hands-on, data-driven approach to detailed assessments across a wide range of sites and scales. This has included almost all sectors in most regions of Australia - spanning commercial, industrial, manufacturing, government, health, aged care, schools, clubs, laundries and accommodation sites, among many others.

Adam has a particular interest in building trust in the utility-customer relationship, and in the customer confidence needed to act on what an assessment finds. He advises government and water utilities on the design and refinement of their non-residential water efficiency programs and policies, and private clients on water risk and stewardship. He also builds practical skills in utility, council and site teams, with training built around their own sites and water meter flow data.

He has been continuously re-elected to the committee of the Australian Water Association's Water Efficiency Specialist Network since 2016, and is a key contributor to its work.
